Before you begin, please have the following ready: your community or association name, your account number (found on your assessment coupon or statement), and the email address on file with FAM.
If you prefer to pay by check, make it payable to your association name and mail it to: Frontier Association Management, 9033 Aero St., Suite 201, San Antonio, TX 78217. Please include your account number on the memo line to ensure proper credit.
Assessment payments received after the due date are subject to a late fee per your community’s governing documents. Please refer to your association’s collection policy for specific amounts and grace period terms. If you have questions about your account, contact us at [email protected] before your due date.
Auto-pay is available through the online payment portal. Setting up recurring payments is the simplest way to ensure your assessment is always paid on time.
Online payments typically post to your account within one to two business days. Please plan accordingly if your due date is approaching.
Assessment payments cannot be accepted by phone. Please use the online portal or mail a check using the instructions above.
