Building a community from the ground up is one of the most exciting milestones in a development’s lifecycle, and the HOA structure you put in place will support that success for decades to come. Frontier Association Management is your turnkey partner from pre-permit through board handover, building the governance foundation your community needs to thrive from day one.
Before a single permit is filed, FAM helps developers make the foundational decisions that protect long-term community value. We assist with governing document drafting, initial budget modeling, assessment structure planning, CC&R development, and rule-setting that reflects the community you are building and the residents who will govern it. Our management fee is not charged until the community reaches 70% build-out completion, aligning our success with yours.
Handing a community from developer control to an elected board is one of the most consequential moments in a development’s lifecycle. FAM engages directly with your on-site sales, title, and support teams from the start, and reviews that support structure regularly, so everyone always knows who to call. We manage the transition itself with a structured process, clear documentation, and direct communication so that the board inherits a community that is organized, financially sound, and ready to self-govern.
Our relationship with your community does not end at the handover meeting. FAM provides full-service HOA and POA management after turnover, including board and ACC training to set your new leadership up for success, giving your buyers the continuity of a management team that already knows their community, their documents, and their history.
